CSUEB's park-like Hayward Hills campus overlooks the San Francisco Bay.  Our campus is in a residential area, giving the comfort and security of a family community.  CSUEB was recently   recognized in the top 100 Safest College Campuses in the U.S.   A free shuttle bus from campus takes students to nearby BART train stations that takes them into San Francsico and the entire Bay Area.  Our Mediterranean climate means there is mild weather year-round.
